XBMS — Next Level TechnologyXBMS
Why XBMS

Pharma-grade discipline, applied wherever the stakes are high

XBMS started in pharmaceutical equipment, where an undocumented machine is an unusable machine. That habit — verify specification, provenance and compliance before money moves — is what we bring to other high-CapEx categories.

Whether it is the power and cooling plant for an AI cluster, a precision metrology line or a production system built in Asia, the questions are the same: does it meet the specification, is it what the seller says it is, can it legally cross the border, and will it arrive on schedule?

AI infrastructure

The physical stack behind AI capacity

AI capacity is limited as much by power, cooling and delivery lead times as by chips. We help operators, developers and integrators source the whole physical stack — new, surplus or refurbished — and keep the programme on schedule.

Advanced compute can be subject to export controls and sanctions. We screen counterparties and routes as part of every transaction, not as an afterthought.

High-end equipment

Precision and high-specification capital equipment

Where tolerance, uptime and traceability matter, we run independent technical verification before you commit. We are as ready to recommend the right used system as the right new one — whichever meets the specification and the schedule.

Specification and provenance are documented, and the paperwork you need for insurance, audit and resale is handled as part of delivery.

Asia sourcing

Access to Asian manufacturing, without the blind spots

A great deal of the world’s capital equipment is built in Asia, often at strong specifications and prices. The risk sits in the gaps: unverified suppliers, vague specifications, quality surprises, and customs or compliance problems on arrival.

We close those gaps. We find and vet suppliers, tighten the specification, inspect before shipment, contract clearly, and manage logistics and import into Europe.

How it works

From requirement to delivery

A clear sequence, with verification before commitment.

Built in

Compliance and risk, handled up front

Independent verification

Specification, condition and provenance checked before you commit — on paper and, where it matters, in person.

Export-control and sanctions screening

Counterparties, end use and routes screened against EU, UN, UK and US lists, with particular care for advanced compute and dual-use items.

Clear contracts

Scope, acceptance criteria, payment milestones and delivery terms agreed in writing before money moves.

Working together

Three ways to engage

Project sourcing

One defined requirement — a system, a line or a set of equipment — sourced end to end.

CapEx programme support

A multi-item build-out or expansion, with ongoing support for specification, vendor selection and delivery tracking.

Asia market access

Supplier discovery and inspections in Asia on request, for equipment you intend to buy directly.

Fees are fixed, retainer-based or a margin on transaction value — agreed per project, in writing.
